Having a deeply rooted love for Georgian architecture, the client strove to encapsulate the vast classical proportions and iconic style, opting for a colonnade entrance and a Georgian style façade.

Upon entering the property, the scale is immediately apparent. Arranged over three levels, the interiors have been meticulously crafted and engineered to combine the very best of British craftsmanship.

After seeing our statement kitchen in a publication, the client knew that it would be perfect for Sydenhurst and commissioned Clive Christian Furniture to create a custom design, befitting of this amazing property.

Opting for our famous Metro Deco Collection, the client chose to have the kitchen finished in Black Walnut with steel inlay detailing. Intent on creating a truly notable space, the kitchen
uniquely features a triple island. Utilising the plethora of space in the kitchen, each of the islands marries up to the stunning floor to ceiling windows, maximising the views onto the illustrious parkland.

Accustomed to the highest standard, automated home technology has been integrated throughout the property. Special features include a fully air-conditioned walk-in pantry, regulated to keep perishables and pantry items at their optimum freshness.
