Hermes Mugs
My go-to fine crockery for photoshoots is always Hermes. Their coffeeware is a living, breathing art that elevates the everyday with chic, colourful designs. I first fell in love with this trio of porcelain mugs, which feature the iconic Hermes horse, while dressing our breakfast cabinets with Glancy Fawcett.
2. Clive Christian Interiors Circular Chopping Board
Clive Christian’s beautiful new home accessories are handcrafted to order in our workshop in the north of England. I love this circular chopping board – made from oak, it’s functionally fantastic with its end-grain construction. It also makes a lovely centrepiece to a table of festive fare.

No Christmas wishlist would be complete without a bottle of something sophisticated. My favourite fragrance for many years has been Clive Christan X. With notes of cardamom, ginger and jasmine, it’s both distinctive and elegant, and never fails to attract compliments.
5. Marc Newson Works Coffee Table Book
Highly influential Australian designer Marc Newson is the man behind such iconic designs as the Embryo chair and the Ford 021C Concept car. This beautiful book features some of his era-defining designs in a beautiful leather inlay edition. Offering a fascinating insight into Newson’s creative mind, it’s interesting and inspirational in equal measure! This limited edition, signed by Newson, will make a true statement on your coffee table.
6. Smythson Notebook
I’m constantly sketching ideas and making notes for new designs, and for me, there’s nothing like a proper notebook – I refuse to go digital! The sensory experience of starting a new notebook, and filing an old one, is very special. Looking back through old ‘editions’ is a direct route into a particular moment in time.
